We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design analysis and execution of structural engineering projects The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of structural codes and construction practices Key Responsibilities Lead the structural design and analysis of residential commercial and industrial projects Prepare and review structural drawings calculations and technical reports Ensure designs comply with applicable codes standards and safety regulations Coordinate with architects contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams Review and approve shop drawings method statements and material submittals Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues Support project planning cost estimation and risk assessment Assist in structural audits inspections and retrofitting recommendations Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Structural Engineering Minimum 2-5 years of experience in structural engineering depending on project complexity Proficiency in structural analysis and design software Autocad STAAD SketchUp Revit etc Robust knowledge of RCC steel and composite structures Familiarity with relevant IS international codes and standards Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication coordination and leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
