ob Description Design Manager Position Design Manager Department Design Engineering Reporting To MD Location Mohan Nagar Experience 10-15 years Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the design team to deliver high-quality designs on time Plan review and approve design concepts drawings and technical documents Coordinate with production sales procurement and project teams Ensure designs comply with client requirements industry standards and company policies Review BOQs technical specifications and design calculations Manage design schedules and ensure timely project execution Handle design changes revisions and value engineering Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior designers Participate in client meetings and technical discussions Ensure proper documentation and version control of drawings Support cost optimization without compromising quality and safety Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Design Mechanical Civil Electrical or relevant field Strong knowledge of design software AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA Revit etc Positive understanding of manufacturing construction processes Leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience in project management Knowledge of industry standards and codes Exposure to quality systems and compliance requirements Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
