Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day As a leading water technology company with 23 000 employees operating in over 150 countries Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world s most critical water challenges We invite passionate individuals to join our team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions Key Responsibilities Leadership People ManagementLead develop and manage a global team of 12-20 Tier 1 and Tier 2 Cash Application Analysts Provide coaching performance management and career development to build a high-performing global shared services team Ensure appropriate staffing workforce planning coverage model and rotation across time zones Operational Excellence Daily Cash ApplicationOversee all day-to-day cash application activities for global operations ensuring timely complete and accurate posting of ACH wire transfers checks lockbox credit card payments etc Processing of all credit debit off-sets Multi-currency payments primarily USD and EUR Ensure compliance with internal controls audit requirements and corporate policies Monitor daily unapplied unidentified cash ensuring timely resolution Systems Technology HighRadius SAP S 4HANA Serve as the functional expert for HighRadius Cash Application Automation CAA Cloud Drive maximum auto-cash posting rates through system tuning rules configuration and analytics Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP S 4HANA as well as familiarity with HighRadius CLS and DMS cloud systems Assist in any UATs for future deployments and regression testing Stakeholder CollaborationEngage regularly with regional Credit Collections Senior Service Delivery Leaders across Americas Europe Emerging Markets Collaborate with the O2C Global Process Transformation Cash Application Owner to evaluate design and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Partner closely with Corporate Treasury with bank accounts creation updates and access Regional Accounting teams to align on cash posting standards processes as well as research resolve and reconciliation issues Finance Systems Tools team for Collaborate bank files interface issues Ensure explicit concise and professional communication across global counterparts Performance ReportingTrack SLAs KPIs adherence including auto-cash rate unapplied cash aging cash processing productivity processing timely accuracy Provide monthly and quarterly performance reporting to executive leadership Identify root-causes and drive corrective actions for processing errors or system issues Qualifications Experience RequiredBachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field Minimum 10 years of cash application or O2C leadership experience with at least 5 years in people management leading medium-sized teams Strong expertise with HighRadius CAA Cloud and SAP S 4HANA Demonstrated experience in global shared services or multinational environments Excellent communication skills in English with ability to confidently interact with senior leaders across regions Solid understanding of treasury accounting and banking processes including multi-currency cash handling PreferredMBA in Finance or Accounting Experience working with CLS and DMS cloud systems Prior experience in process transformation automation or continuous improvement initiatives Lean Six Sigma a plus Key CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-building skills Analytical mindset and process-improvement orientation Ability to manage complexity in a global environment High accountability ownership and customer-service mindset System fluency and comfort working in digital cloud environments Primary Objective To maximize the value of the HighRadius CAA platform by increasing auto-cash posting rates globally reducing manual touchpoints and enhancing process efficiency in partnership with the Global O2C Process Transformation function Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage conservation and re-use Our products impact public utilities industrial sectors residential areas and commercial buildings with a commitment to providing smart metering network technologies and advanced analytics for water electric and gas utilities Partner with us in creating a world where water challenges are met with ingenuity and dedication where we recognize the power of inclusion and belonging in driving innovation and allowing us to compete more effectively around the world
