Key Responsibilities Daily Site Supervision Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work Labor Monitoring Manage and monitor labor deployment productivity attendance and discipline Work Coordination Coordinate with site engineers contractors and vendors for material supply and task scheduling Quality Checks Assist in ensuring basic quality control at the ground level as per guidelines provided Reporting Maintain daily work logs and update senior site management on progress and labor status On-Site Issue Handling Address and resolve minor site-related issues in coordination with the project engineer Safety Monitoring Ensure labor follows safety protocols and basic PPE usage Requirements Qualification ITI Diploma in Civil or relevant field preferred Experience Minimum 2-5 years in a similar supervisory role in civil construction Skills Positive understanding of construction site procedures and labor management Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions from engineers Team coordination and communication skills Familiarity with construction safety practices Reporting To Site Engineer Project Manager Director depending on task flow Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 300 14 - 30 968 28 per month Experience total work 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
