We are seeking a skilled Architects Architectural Draughtsman with a minimum of 3- 5 years of experience to join our Team Should be capable of preparing precise architectural drawings and coordinating across disciplines Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural working drawings Municipal drawings in accordance with design intent and industry standards Proficiency in AutoDCR PreDCR BPMS AutoCAD ZWCAD and other drafting software e g Revit SketchUp - if applicable Review and interpret building specifications architectural plans and construction documents Skills Required Proficiency in AutoDCR PreDCR BPMS AutoCAD ZWCAD and other drafting software e g Revit SketchUp - if applicable Robust understanding of building construction techniques materials and detailing Ability to prepare and interpret electrical and structural framing drawings Good knowledge of architectural standards codes and regulations Strong visualization and technical drawing skills Effective communication and coordination abilities with internal teams and consultants Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Education Diploma Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
