Job Title Analyst - Recruitment Location Chandigarh Mohali About Us eClerx is a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing BPO services in the telecom industry We specialize in delivering high-quality cost-effective solutions to our clients helping them streamline their operations and improve customer satisfaction Job Overview As a Recruitment Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our BPO operations in the telecom sector You will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting candidates who possess the skills and expertise necessary to excel in various roles within our organization Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing Utilize various channels such as job boards social media platforms networking events and referrals to attract potential candidates with telecom industry experience Candidate Screening Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications experience and suitability for available positions Interview Coordination Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates both in-person and via video conferencing to evaluate their technical skills cultural fit and alignment with our organizational values Candidate Assessment Administer assessments and tests as needed to evaluate candidates competency and proficiency in relevant areas Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies Candidate Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process providing timely communication and feedback Market Research Stay updated on industry trends best practices and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information interviews and hiring status using our Applicant Tracking System ATS or other relevant tools Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline recruitment processes driving efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field Fresher or Proven experience in recruitment preferably within the telecom or BPO industry Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career growth Team-oriented and supportive work environment Chance to make a meaningful impact in the telecom BPO industry Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 12 months Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
