HR Executive Job Title HR Executive Experience 1-4 Years Employment Type Full-Time Location Ahmedabad On-site Company Electrocom Software Private Limited About the Company Electrocom Software Private Limited is a growing product-based software company developing Taxation GST Accounting and compliance software for Chartered Accountants Tax Professionals and businesses across India Role Overview We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee engagement attendance payroll coordination and compliance The ideal candidate should be well-organized people-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced software company setting Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing screening interviews offers joining Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees Maintain employee records HR files and documentation Manage attendance leave records and HR MIS Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing Handle employee queries and grievance management Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes Assist in implementing HR policies procedures and SOPs Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture Manage exit formalities and full final settlement coordination Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience as an HR Executive HR Generalist Strong knowledge of recruitment processes Good understanding of HR operations and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word Email Good organizational and multitasking skills Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience in a software IT company Familiarity with HRMS or attendance systems Basic knowledge of payroll PF ESIC and labour laws Experience in internship campus hiring Education MBA PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
