As a Field Service Engineer providing first-line support at Axxon you will be the primary contact for customers requiring support training preventive maintenance repair and installation Your core mission is to ensure customers can achieve optimal performance from their installed equipment Regarding Work Location Team We are dedicated to providing on-site technical support services to our local clients in India Consequently your work location is primarily determined by the site of the client s factory While there is no fixed office your main service areas will be concentrated in and around Bangalore and Chennai You will work closely within a professional team although independent travel is frequent you will always have the support of colleagues and second-line support when handling complex tasks Main Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of recent equipment Execution of preventive maintenance plans for equipment Emergency on-site repairs at customer facilities In-house repair of equipment in the workshop Refurbishment remodeling and upgrading of used machines Providing telephone and email support from the office Conducting operational and application training for customers Providing technical support related to applications Offering necessary technical assistance to the sales team Other Job-Specific Skills A customer-centric approach with a strong desire to help customers succeed Hands-on experience working with electrical mechanical and software systems Ability to summarize and feedback application characteristics of different regional markets assisting in product localization Job Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering Automation or a related field Proficient in English capable of using it as a working language knowledge of Chinese is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Willingness to travel frequently and possess a strong customer service orientation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 63 250 00 - 80 500 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience installed equipment 1 year Required Language English Required Work Location In person
