Experience 1-2 year Preferred 1 Cleaning and Maintenance - Clean and sanitize all utensils dishes glassware and kitchen equipment - Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen dining area and other F B facilities - Regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment such as grills ovens and fryers - Arrange and store dishes silverware and glassware properly 2 Assisting Kitchen Staff - Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation tasks - Support kitchen staff during peak hours by washing peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits - Responsible for food storage and proper labeling of items in the kitchen 3 Inventory Management - Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies utensils and other necessary items - Report low stock levels to the supervisor and assist in restocking supplies 4 Compliance and Safety - Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times - Follow proper sanitation procedures and guidelines to ensure a protected working environment - Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately 5 Guest Service - Assist in table setting and maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries - Communicate effectively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service to guests 6 Teamwork - Collaborate with other F B staff members to create a positive and efficient work environment - Work closely with chefs waitstaff and other kitchen personnel to meet guest expectations 7 Multitasking - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously especially during busy hours - Stay calm under pressure and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - Previous 1-2 years experience as steward is preferred - Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
