Job Summary The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a protected and secure environment for guests employees and hotel property The role includes monitoring premises controlling access preventing unauthorized activities and responding promptly to emergencies while upholding the hotel s service standards Key Responsibilities Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols to ensure safety and security Control entry and exit points of guests staff visitors and vehicles Verify staff IDs visitor passes and vendor entry permissions Maintain vigilance to prevent theft vandalism fire hazards and other security risks Respond immediately to emergencies such as fire alarms medical situations or security threats Assist guests courteously while ensuring security protocols are followed Report and record all incidents accidents and suspicious activities accurately Coordinate with Front Office Engineering and Management during emergencies Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and SOPs Monitor CCTV systems and maintain security logs Support crowd control during events functions and peak hours Ensure lost and found items are properly handled and documented Skills Competencies Strong observation and surveillance skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and alert under pressure Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long hours Honest disciplined and service-oriented attitude Qualifications Experience Minimum qualification 10th 12th standard preferred Prior experience as a Security Guard in a hotel hospital or commercial establishment is an advantage Ex-servicemen or trained security personnel will be preferred Salary Benefits As per company policy Uniform duty meals PF ESI and other statutory benefits Accommodations and Food Provided Share your Cv at (phone hidden) whatsapp Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
