Credit Controller Company Datagrid Labs Location Kunnamkulam About the Company Datagrid Labs is a growing back-office support organization with a team of 50 professionals operating as the extended support arm of our parent companies Al Safwan Marine and Louis Safety in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi Datagrid Labs manages core operational and administrative functions including HR Finance Design Estimation Sales Marketing Quotations and Project Support for our UAE entities which collectively employ 200 professionals across the Marine Safety and Fire Safety industries Role Overview We are seeking a Credit Controller responsible for managing receivables ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy cash flow The role requires close coordination with internal teams and regular follow-up with clients to meet collection targets Key Responsibilities Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments Follow up with clients through calls emails and formal communications regarding overdue invoices Maintain accurate records of receivables and collection activities Coordinate with finance sales and operations teams to resolve billing or payment issues Prepare regular collection status reports and support month-end closing activities Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures Requirements Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Freshers with positive English communication skills are encouraged to apply Candidates with prior credit control or collections experience will be given priority Proven track record in collections is an added advantage Strong coordination and teamwork skills Smart proactive and detail-oriented approach to work Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Good follow-up and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of a dynamic and growing organization Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
