Job Title Injection Molding Shift Engineer Department Production Location Wada Maharashtra Job Summary Responsible for managing injection molding operations during the assigned shift to ensure production targets quality standards and machine efficiency are met Key Responsibilities Set up start and monitor injection molding machines as per production plan Perform mold changeovers parameter setting and first-off approvals Ensure product quality by adhering to process parameters and quality standards Troubleshoot molding defects such as short shots flash sink marks warpage etc Coordinate with tool room and maintenance for mold and machine issues Ensure adherence to safety and shop-floor discipline Maintain shift production reports rejection data and downtime records Guide and supervise operators during the shift Ensure raw material handling and process compliance Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of injection molding processes and parameters Experience with thermoplastics Ability to read mold drawings and process sheets Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Leadership and shift-handling capability Basic knowledge of quality systems and documentation Qualifications Diploma BE in Plastics Mechanical or Production Engineering 2-5 years of experience in injection molding operations Experience in automotive seal plastic component manufacturing preferred Reporting To Production Manager Plant Head Job Type Full-time Pay 10 878 86 - 39 529 96 per month Work Location In person
