Qualification B Com B Sc M Sc Local Ahmedabad based candidate preferable Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industries Must Have Coordination of export shipments with shipping lines freight forwarders CHAs and transporters Booking of containers and finalization of freight rates FCL LCL Air Pre Shipment Post Shipment Preparation and review of export logistics documents such as Shipping Instructions Invoice Packing List BL draft COO etc Tracking shipments and sharing pre-alerts VGM SI vessel schedules and ETD ETA updates with customers Coordination with CHA for customs clearance stuffing plans factory stuffing and port movements Monitoring shipping costs detention demurrage and timely return of containers Ensuring compliance with export regulations Incoterms and customer-specific requirements Maintaining shipment records and documentation Handling recent Advance Authorization amendment extension enhancement and closure redemption norms fixation of license DGFT Want to Have Hands on experience in MS-Excel Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office suite Good communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines Reporting to Manager - Export
