QC Executive QC Sr Officer - OSD Plant Pharmaceutical Industry Location Vasna Chacharvadi Ahmedabad Gujarat - 382213 Industry Pharmaceutical OSD Manufacturing Experience Required 6-12 Years OSD Plant experience mandatory Qualification B Pharm M Pharm B Sc M Sc Chemistry Biochemistry Transportation Facility Company Bus Facility Available We are looking for an experienced QC Executive to join our OSD Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing plant The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Quality Control activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment Key Responsibilities Perform chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials in-process samples finished products stability samples and validation samples Handle HPLC GC UV Dissolution FTIR and other analytical instruments Review prepare and maintain analytical reports COAs STPs SOPs and QC documentation Ensure compliance with cGMP GLP and data integrity requirements Support method validation method transfer and stability studies Participate in internal audits regulatory audits and investigations Handle OOS OOT deviations and CAPA activities Coordinate with Production QA and other departments for smooth operations Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments Train and guide junior QC staff when required Desired Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of OSD dosage forms Hands-on experience with analytical instruments Good understanding of regulatory guidelines major international regulatory bodies including EU GMP PIC s GMP TGA Australia Health Canada and WHO GMP Attention to detail and strong documentation practices Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Company Bus Facility Qualified work environment Growth opportunities within the organization Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 45 131 96 - 75 466 08 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
