Job Title Pricing Specialist - Logistics Operations Location Mangalore Shift Sunday- Thursday 10 30am to 7 30pm Job Summary The Pricing Specialist - Logistics Operations is responsible for developing analyzing and managing pricing for logistics services including transportation warehousing and value-added services This role ensures pricing accuracy competitiveness and profitability while supporting operational efficiency and customer requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing for logistics services freight warehousing last-mile value-added services Analyze transportation costs carrier rates fuel surcharges and operational expenses to build accurate pricing models Support commercial and sales teams with rate quotations tenders and contract pricing Ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities service levels and capacity constraints Monitor margins cost deviations and pricing performance across customers and lanes Manage pricing updates related to fuel accessorial and market fluctuations Collaborate with operations finance and procurement to ensure cost transparency and pricing accuracy Review and approve discounts and special rate requests in line with company policy Maintain pricing databases rate cards and contract documentation Identify opportunities for process improvements and pricing standardization Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Finance or a related field 2-5 years of experience in logistics pricing operations or transportation management Strong understanding of logistics cost drivers and operational workflows Advanced Excel skills experience with TMS WMS or ERP systems preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven workplace Preferred Skills Experience with RFQs tenders and contract negotiations Knowledge of domestic and or international freight pricing Familiarity with fuel surcharge mechanisms and accessorial pricing Job Type Full-time Pay 10 809 18 - 35 204 20 per month Work Location In person
