GST Reconciliation Filing Associate Industry Travel Agency Location Malad Role Overview We are seeking a GST Reconciliation Filing Associate with experience in GST compliance for service-based businesses The role will focus on GST reconciliation return filing and compliance related to travel services such as air tickets hotel bookings tour packages and agent commissions Key Responsibilities Reconcile GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B with sales purchase and commission registers Handle GST compliance for air ticketing hotel bookings tour packages service fees and commissions Track and reconcile Input Tax Credit ITC related to vendor invoices hotels transporters DMCs service providers Ensure correct place of supply SAC codes and tax rates for domestic and international travel services Prepare and file monthly quarterly GST returns within timelines Monitor GST liabilities generate challans and ensure timely tax payments Identify mismatches short payments or excess ITC claims and coordinate for resolution Assist in preparation of annual GST returns GSTR-9 9C and audit support Maintain proper GST documentation reconciliations and compliance trackers Coordinate with internal operations billing and finance teams Eligibility Experience 2-4 years of GST compliance and reconciliation experience Experience in travel hospitality or service industry preferred Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance CA Inter CMA Inter MBA Finance preferred Skills Required Solid working knowledge of GST on travel services Understanding of agent vs principal transactions and commission taxation Proficiency in MS Excel Pivot Tables VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Good attention to detail and compliance mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Experience GST Reconciliation 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
