The Billing Assistant will be responsible for accurate billing invoice processing accounts maintenance and financial record management The role ensures timely billing compliance with statutory requirements and proper coordination with internal teams and customers Responsibilities Prepare and issue sales and purchase invoices accurately Maintain billing records and accounts entries in Tally ERP Support accounts receivable and payable follow-up Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing Maintain proper filing of invoices and documents Requirements Basic knowledge of billing and accounting Working knowledge of Tally ERP Good Excel skills and attention to detail 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 8 086 00 - 14 500 00 per month Work Location In person
