Job Title Senior IT Support Specialist Job Purpose To support employees of GGH using computers and the software necessary to perform their daily duties as well as maintain the IT infrastructure of GGH entity to ensure optimal performance security and reliability of GGH IT infrastructure minimize downtime and support seamless day-to-day operations for all employees Duties and Tasks Demonstrate expertise in standard IT processes and procedures along with a thorough understanding of how various IT infrastructure element s function and interact Provide constructive feedback on current processes and offer insightful recommendations for their improvement Enhance the technology experience by demonstrating users how to maximize productivity and efficiency through optimal technology usage Train IT staff on effective troubleshooting and problem diagnosis Lead corporate technology initiatives oversee implementations of new technologies and prepare teams for their use Provide ongoing support throughout the technology lifecycle Participate in investment projects support annual budget planning and monitoring actual expenditures Project manage retrofits for equipment such as PCs monitors RF scanners kiosks printers UPS s AV etc Participation in investment projects Deliver high-quality onsite and remote support to end users including senior executives Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving PCs servers mobile devices printers networks video conferencing WMS devices CCTV cameras time and attendance and access control systems efficiently and with minimal user disruption Configuration installation testing patching of the above-mentioned hardware and related software Oversee the local IT infrastructure and take immediate action to resolve any outages that occur as quickly as possible Efficiently coordinate support and problem resolution with remote IT teams or vendors Develop a knowledge base of resolved issues to assist in future problem-solving Track and maintain hardware software inventory and update IT documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility Provide proactive maintenance monitoring systems to prevent potential issues Also give recommendations for repairing upgrading decommissioning and purchasing IT hardware and software Manage your time effectively to complete tasks efficiently prioritize correctly and maintain the required level of quality all in alignment with the objectives set by your supervisor Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors to support GGH objectives maintain operational continuity and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor Master Degree desirable - BSc or MSc degree in IT electronics electrical engineering or automation Work Experience 12-15 years of hands-on experience Skills Knowledge desired Solid communication skills Excellent organization of own work Proactive approach ability to work on own initiative Self-reliance Commitment and creativity Problem solving troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Information Technologies fundamental concepts systems platforms tools and technologies hardware software and services the widespread application of IT in manufacturing industry and the common roles of IT professionals Understand concepts of server desktop application and virtualization Understand the purpose and function of fundamental communication system hardware including end user devices switches routers cabling wireless access points Advance knowledge of Windows 10 11 Experience with ITSM systems Familiarity with enterprise imaging and updating tools TCP IP network understand Familiarity with ITIL Additional local requirements Job Location- Unnao UP Plese Note- Role will be deputed in Aurangabad Nuh for the first year then will eventually move to Unnao once the plant is setup Je li jeste aktualnie pracownikiem CANPACK aplikuj na og oszenie przez swoje konto w systemie Workday Grupa CANPACK dok ada wszelkich stara aby zapewni rowne szanse zatrudnienia wszystkim kandydatom i pracownikom Decyzje o zatrudnieniu opieraj si na wzgl dach zawodowych niezale nie od narodowo ci koloru skory religii wieku p ci orientacji seksualnej to samo ci p ciowej pochodzenia niepe nosprawno ci lub innego statusu chronionego prawem chyba e ewentualne rozro nienie jest wymagane prawem
