Dear Candidate About SVS International Established in 1994 SVS International is a niche leader in IT Infrastructure Electronic Security and Surveillance solutions across India offering a wide range of advanced technology services www svs in Purchase Accounts Intern About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Accounts Intern to support our procurement and accounting operations This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in vendor coordination purchase order management billing and basic financial documentation within the IT and electronics domain The intern will work closely with the Purchase Accounts and Project teams to ensure smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing vendors collecting quotations and preparing comparative statements Coordinate with suppliers for order updates delivery status and documentation Support in preparing purchase orders maintaining inventory records and updating procurement databases Assist the accounts team with invoice verification basic billing entries and maintaining payment follow-ups Help monitor procurement documentation GRNs invoices and filing processes Ensure adherence to internal purchasing and accounting procedures Support cross-functional teams in day-to-day procurement and accounts-related tasks Skills Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in purchase accounts or supply chain support roles Basic understanding of procurement or accounting processes preferred but not mandatory Good communication coordination and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word and ability to learn ERP accounting tools Detail-oriented organized and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
