We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to develop and manage the Mumbai market for our labeling business The role involves acquiring new customers managing key accounts and driving sales growth in FMCG Pharma Cosmetics and Industrial segments while coordinating closely with the Ahmedabad manufacturing unit Key Responsibilities Business Development Territory Management Develop and expand business for self-adhesive labels wrap-around labels shrink sleeves etc in the Mumbai territory Identify and onboard recent customers in FMCG Pharma Cosmetics Food Beverage and Industrial sectors Plan and execute territory-wise sales strategies to achieve targets Key Account Management Manage and grow existing key accounts in the Mumbai region Understand customer requirements related to label materials adhesives printing and application Coordinate with production design and QC teams at Ahmedabad plant Sales Operations Coordination Prepare quotations negotiate pricing and close orders Track order execution dispatches and delivery schedules Ensure timely payment collections and credit control Market Intelligence Reporting Monitor competitor activity pricing trends and market developments Provide regular sales forecasts MIS reports and pipeline updates Share customer feedback for product improvement and innovation Travel Client Engagement Travel extensively within Mumbai and nearby areas for client meetings and trials Coordinate customer visits to Ahmedabad plant when required Required Skills Qualifications Education Graduate in any discipline MBA - Marketing preferred Experience 5-6 years experience in Labeling Industry sales Proven experience handling Mumbai territory is highly preferred Technical Industry Skills Strong knowledge of self-adhesive labels face stock adhesives liners and printing processes Exposure to Flexo Offset or Digital label printing Ability to understand technical specifications and customer application Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 125 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Master s Preferred Experience Sales Manager Profile in Labeling Industry 6 years Preferred Work Location Remote
