Senior Quantity Surveyor Site - Construction Job Summary The Senior Quantity Surveyor Site is responsible for handling all quantity surveying and billing activities at the construction site The role focuses on site measurements RA Running Accounts billing subcontractor coordination and cost control to ensure accurate billing and smooth project execution Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering and 5 to 6 years of site-based quantity surveying experience Experience in Residential Commercial Infrastructure projects Mandatory exposure to on-site measurement RA billing and subcontractor billing Key Roles Responsibilities Site Measurement Quantity Control Take joint measurements at site as per drawings and actual execution Prepare and maintain quantity take-offs and measurement books at site Monitor material consumption and control wastage Prepare client RA bills and final bills from site records Verify subcontractor and labour bills based on actual site measurements Coordinate with client consultant for measurement certification at site Rate Analysis Variations Prepare rate analysis for extra items and variation works at site Identify scope changes and support variation claim preparation Coordinate daily with Site Engineers Project Manager and execution team Support procurement with site quantity requirements and BOQ references Attend site meetings and assist in resolving measurement and billing issues Documentation Records Maintain proper site records for measurements bills and approvals Ensure all site-related QS documents are updated and available for audits Assist in final measurement and project close-out documentation Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of site measurement and billing practices Good understanding of drawings BOQs and specifications Hands-on experience in client subcontractor billing at site Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD Ability to work independently at construction sites Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
