1 Project Execution Site Management Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings specifications and project schedule Supervise civil finishing and MEP coordination activities at site Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues promptly 2 Quality Control Compliance Ensure construction quality as per QA QC standards and IS codes Coordinate with QA QC team for inspections testing and approvals Ensure rectification of defects and closure of NCRs 3 Planning Scheduling Prepare short-term and long-term work plans Coordinate with planning team to achieve project milestones Monitor productivity of manpower and subcontractors 4 Contractor Vendor Management Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to scope quality and timelines Verify subcontractor bills measurements and work completion Coordinate with purchase and stores for material planning 5 Cost Control Billing Control material wastage and optimize resource utilization Verify BOQ quantities RA bills and final bills Support management in cost control and budget adherence 6 Safety Statutory Compliance Ensure safety practices and compliance with site safety norms Conduct toolbox talks and ensure secure working conditions Comply with statutory and local authority requirements 7 Reporting Coordination Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports Coordinate with architects consultants clients and internal teams Support project handover and snag clearance activities Qualification Experience B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering 6-12 years of experience in real estate construction high-rise preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 45 000 00 per year Work Location In person
