Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor for the Packing Section to oversee daily packing operations ensure quality standards maintain productivity and manage workforce efficiency The ideal candidate should have a strong background in science or pharmaceutical operations and good leadership skills Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities Ensure compliance with SOPs GMP and safety guidelines Monitor productivity quality and wastage control Maintain packing records and documentation Train and guide packing staff Ensure timely completion of packing targets Coordinate with production QA and warehouse teams Qualification B Sc M Sc B Pharm Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience in packing production supervision pharma FMCG manufacturing preferred Skills Required Solid leadership and team management Good communication skills Knowledge of GMP SOP Attention to detail Problem-solving ability Salary As per industry standards Negotiable based on experience Job Type Full-time Pay 9 779 31 - 22 004 77 per month Work Location In person
