We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Zoho Applications to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Zoho solutions for clients The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Zoho projects coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho Desk Zoho Creator Zoho Analytics Zoho One etc Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions Create project plans timelines milestones and resource allocation Coordinate with developers consultants QA and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution Track project progress risks issues and dependencies take proactive corrective actions Ensure scope control quality assurance and on-time project delivery Conduct regular client meetings status updates and internal reviews Oversee UAT go-live and post-implementation support Ensure documentation is maintained BRD FSD SOPs user guides Support process improvement and best practices across Zoho implementations Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Management or a related field Proven experience as a Project Manager handling Zoho applications Strong knowledge of Zoho ecosystem Experience working in a Zoho Partner service-based organization preferred Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project management tools Zoho Projects Jira or similar What We Offer Opportunity to work on diverse Zoho implementation projects Team-oriented and growth-oriented work culture Exposure to multiple industries and business processes Learning and certification support Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
