Key Responsibilities1 Operations Management Plan organize and control warehouse operations to ensure timely inbound and outbound activities Oversee picking packing loading unloading and order fulfillment processes Optimize layout storage methods and material flow for maximum efficiency Implement and monitor KPIs OTIF order accuracy dispatch timelines etc 2 Inventory Stock Control Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct periodic cycle counts and full physical stock audits Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions Maintain proper documentation of goods receipt transfer and dispatch 3 Team Leadership Supervise train and evaluate warehouse staff Create staff schedules and assign tasks to meet operational requirements Promote a high-performance culture focused on safety accuracy and productivity 4 Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies health safety regulations and legal requirements Maintain a clean and safe working environment 5S PPE usage hazard identification Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment forklifts pallet jacks scanners etc 5 Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and implement process enhancements Work with cross-functional teams Procurement Logistics Production Sales to streamline workflows Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to increase operational efficiency Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
