This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Min Experience 2 years Location Gurgaon JobType full-time We re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Associate to support our growing real estate operations The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of warehouse structures strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams This hybrid role offers exposure to both operational and client-facing responsibilities making it ideal for someone eager to develop in both technical and interpersonal aspects Requirements Key Responsibilities Support the evaluation and documentation of warehouse infrastructure layouts and facilities Create and deliver skilled PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholders including clients landlords and vendors Assist in site visit coordination audits and real estate documentation activities Manage and maintain effective communication with landlords vendors and partners Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal Operations and Finance to facilitate real estate transactions and reporting Represent the real estate team in internal discussions presentations and client updates Qualifications Basic understanding of warehouse structures facilities or logistics operations Proficiency in MS PowerPoint Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills English and Hindi preferred Strong presentation and PR stakeholder management abilities Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities A learning mindset with the ability to adapt and take initiative Skills Real Estate Warehouse Evaluation PowerPoint Communication Vendor Management PR Documentation Coordination
