Key Responsibilities Manage daily store operations including sales inventory cash handling and staff supervision Plan and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment Ensure all sections of the store are well-organized clean and comply with hygiene and safety standards Monitor product quality expiration dates and ensure proper display and pricing Handle customer queries complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels Prepare daily weekly monthly sales reports and submit to higher management Manage store expenses and ensure cost control without compromising service standards Train motivate and evaluate staff performance handle staff scheduling and shift management Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and operational procedures Coordinate promotional activities in-store marketing and seasonal offers Qualifications Skills Minimum 2-3 years experience in Steel Industries preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting Ability to manage staff and operations independently Customer-focused attitude Good understanding of sales and customer service best practices Basic computer skills for reporting and daily operations Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
