Job Title Clerical Executive Accounts E-Commerce Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Clerical Executive with experience in Inventory Management EPF ESI work Tally E-Tender Bidding and E-commerce Operations The candidate should be able to handle day-to-day clerical tasks maintain records support accounts operations and assist in online marketplace activities Key Responsibilities Clerical Administrative Tasks Maintain daily office records files and documentation Prepare reports sheets and maintain proper data accuracy Support administrative and back-office operations Inventory Management Track stock levels and maintain inventory registers Coordinate with warehouse team for inward outward entries Update stock records regularly and report shortages Accounts Compliance Handle Tally ERP entries sales purchase expenses ledgers Manage EPF ESI documentation and monthly filings Assist in basic accounting tasks and record keeping E-Tender Bidding Search and evaluate tender opportunities on government portals Assist in preparing documents and submitting tenders Maintain tender-related records and follow-ups E-Commerce Operations Assist in listing products on platforms like Amazon Flipkart etc Coordinate order processing inventory updates and reports Handle basic customer return tracking and seller panel activities Required Skills Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a clerical or admin role Knowledge of Tally ERP EPF ESI inventory management Experience in E-tender bidding preferred Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms Positive computer skills MS Office Excel Email Strong communication and documentation skills Educational Qualification Graduate Higher Secondary with relevant experience Interested Candidates can apply on assam srf70 gmail com Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
