About the role Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using advanced analytics techniques Perform feature engineering data preprocessing and model optimization Analyze large datasets to uncover trends patterns and business opportunities Translate analytical findings into clear actionable insights for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems Ensure data quality governance and compliance with organizational standards You will be responsible for Develop and implement predictive and prescriptive models using advanced analytics techniques Perform feature engineering data preprocessing and model optimization Analyze large datasets to uncover trends patterns and business opportunities Translate analytical findings into clear actionable insights for stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems Ensure data quality governance and compliance with organizational standards You will need 7-10 years of experience in analytics data science or related fields Strong proficiency in Python R SQL and ML frameworks TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn Expertise in statistical modeling forecasting and optimization techniques Hands-on experience with data visualization tools Power BI Tableau Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS GCP Azure and ML pipelines Airflow Excellent communication skills to present insights to business leaders Preferred Experience in retail inventory management or supply chain analytics Familiarity with big data technologies Spark Hadoop Whats in it for you At Tesco we are committed to providing the best for you As a result our colleagues enjoy a unique differentiated market- competitive reward package based on the current industry practices for all the work they put into serving our customers communities and planet a little better every day Our Tesco Rewards framework consists of pillars -
