As a Chartered Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions managing the accounts team ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance and working closely with departmental heads to support the company s financial objectives Key Responsibilities Lead the Accounts Team Supervise train and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient operations Financial Reporting Compliance Finalize the Balance Sheet Profit Loss P L statements Cash Flow and Fund Flow statements on a monthly quarterly and annual basis Statutory Compliances Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including Income Tax GST and other regulatory filings Coordinate with the IT GST departments to ensure accurate and on-time submission Budgeting Forecasting Assist in the budgeting process cost control and forecasting and provide insights on financial performance Ledger Scrutiny Reconciliation Conduct regular ledger scrutiny ensure all accounts are reconciled and accurate and resolve any discrepancies Cross-Departmental Coordination Collaborate with departmental heads to gather financial information resolve issues and support decision-making Leadership Strategic Input Provide leadership and direction in managing financial operations and strategic input for cost optimization and financial growth Internal Controls Establish and monitor internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure operational efficiency Other Ad-hoc Duties Handle various ad-hoc financial tasks as required by management Preferred Candidate Profile Gender Preference Male candidates preferred female candidates with long-term commitment preferably married will also be considered Experience 2 Years of post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant Leadership Skills Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems particularly related to GST Income Tax and TDS Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across departments Commitment A detail-oriented and dedicated individual with a proactive and solution-oriented approach Job Type Full time Pay 70 000 00 - 95 000 00 per month Work Location In person
