Position Summary The Spa Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities providing exceptional customer service and anticipating the needs of spa guests Essential Job Functions Clean and maintain all spa facilities including treatment rooms locker rooms and relaxation areas Stock towels bathrobes and other supplies as needed Greet spa guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide tours of the spa facilities and amenities Answer guest questions and make recommendations for services and products Prepare treatment rooms for each appointment and assist therapists as needed Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel Handle cash and credit card transactions for retail purchases and services Maintain a clean and organized work environment Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed Qualifications Prior experience in a similar role preferred Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to stand walk and lift up to 50 pounds Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
