Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting Reporting Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with company policies and accounting standards IFRS GAAP Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Support the preparation of budgets forecasts and variance analysis Cost Accounting Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs including labor material and overhead expenses Assist in the preparation of cost reports margin analysis and product costing Reconcile standard costs to actual costs and analyze variances Inventory Management Manage inventory accounting including raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods Perform inventory reconciliations and physical stock audits Compliance Audits Ensure compliance with tax regulations statutory requirements and internal controls Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations Accounts Payable Receivable Oversee processing of vendor invoices payments and receivables Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner ERP Software Usage Utilize ERP systems e g SAP Tally for financial reporting and transaction processing Maintain and update financial data within the system Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting 1 years of accounting experience preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory principles Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
