Job Title Receptionist- Male female both Location Kharghar Department Front Office OPD Reporting to Hospital Administrator Front Office Manager Experience 1-4 years experience in hospital or healthcare preferred Employment Type Full-time must be open to rotational or night shifts if required Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner Register new patients and manage appointments for consultants OPD and diagnostics Answer telephone calls promptly handle inquiries or direct them to the concerned department Maintain patient records update information in the hospital management software EMR Guide patients on billing insurance documentation and other administrative procedures Coordinate with departments like nursing lab radiology and pharmacy for smooth patient flow Ensure waiting areas and front desk are clean organized and welcoming Collect and record feedback from patients regarding services Handle complaints calmly and escalate to Admin Manager when needed Manage shift handovers and maintain logs of daily activities Key Requirements Graduate in any discipline preferred Hospital Administration or related field 1-4 years of experience in a hospital or clinic front desk role Basic computer skills familiarity with hospital software e g MedSys Insta or similar Excellent communication skills in English Hindi and local language Positive interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Preferred Qualities Presentable with a pleasant personality Experience handling billing or TPA coordination is a plus Willingness to work night shifts or weekends if required Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
