Company Description Aouraa Production Entertainment is a New Delhi-based Celebrity and Event Management company founded in 2010 Specializing in celebrity management wedding planning corporate events and live concerts we strive to create successful and memorable events for our clients Telecalling Executive Telecalling Executive plays a vital role in managing customer inquiries generating leads conducting follow-up calls and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients This role requires excellent communication skills a customer-first attitude and the ability to present Aouraa Production s services confidently and professionally Key Responsibilities Lead Management Client Communication Make outbound calls to prospective clients who have enquired through social media website events referrals or partner venues Handle inbound calls professionally providing accurate information about our wedding planning and decor services Understand client requirements wedding dates budgets and preferences to pass detailed information to the sales team Maintain polite positive and customer centric communication at all times Database Management Reporting Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or lead tracking sheet Track daily call logs follow-ups and lead status updates Generate weekly reports on lead conversion progress and call performance Skills Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in telecalling customer care hospitality or sales support Excellent verbal communication skills in English Hindi Strong listening ability and a friendly confident phone presence Basic computer proficiency MS Excel CRM tools WhatsApp Business Ability to handle pressure multitask and meet calling targets Positive attitude patience and excellent customer service mindset Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
