TE Connectivity s Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely cost-effective procurement inventory control planning and quality control of production materials They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain as scheduled and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers manufacturers distributors and customers identifying opportunities for improving efficiency effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals Roles Responsibilities Lead a high-performing team of 12-15 individual contributors in managing the Sales Operations Planning monthly cycle across global regions Ensure effective capacity checks and demand forecasting to align with business strategies and customer needs Drive and implement continuous improvement projects that enhance operational excellence and efficiency Oversee the execution of new product innovation projects ensuring timely delivery and market relevance Manage localization projects to tailor offerings for diverse global markets Analyze and report on critical business KPIs including Forecast Accuracy and Forecast Bias to inform strategic decisions Ensure hub KPIs particularly TAT delivery are consistently achieved and exceeded Foster a culture of innovation and automation focusing on delivering exceptional customer value Lead data-driven decision-making initiatives to enhance planning and operational outcomes Engage in talent development employee engagement and task allocation to build a motivated and skilled team while managing escalations and internal customer interactions effectively Desired Candidate Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or related field Master s degree preferred 7 years of experience in Sales Operations Planning or supply chain leadership roles Expert-level knowledge in Supply Chain Management Demand Planning Capacity Planning and Project Management Advanced proficiency in SAP IBP MS Office and Business Intelligence Tools Mastery of Data Visualization Tools like Power BI or Tableau for strategic reporting Big picture thinking to align team efforts with long-term organizational goals Advanced data-driven decision-making to identify trends and drive innovation Exceptional feedback management to mentor and develop team members Strong communication influencing and talent management skills to lead a diverse team Empathy and conflict management to maintain a collaborative team culture Expertise in change management to implement recent processes and technologies effectively Extensive experience in global supply chain operations in product-based industries and their unique challenges Flexible working in different time zones Competencies Building Effective Teams Managing and Measuring Work Motivating Others Values Integrity Accountability Inclusion Innovation Teamwork SET Strategy Execution Talent for managers Job Locations Bangalore Karn taka 560076 India Travel Required Less than 10 Requisition ID 136794 Workplace Type External Careers Page Manufacturing
