Goldenbee Global School - Begur Koppa Campus - Admission Counsellor Position Title Admission Counsellor Location Bannerghatta Campus Department Admissions Job Summary The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the entire admission process from initial enquiry to enrolment ensuring a positive experience for prospective parents and students The role involves guiding parents through school programs coordinating admission activities and maintaining accurate records Key Responsibilities Handle admission enquiries walk-ins phone calls emails and online leads and follow up promptly Counsel prospective parents and students regarding curriculum facilities fee structure and admission process Maintain and update the enquiry and admission database regularly Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to schedule school visits interviews and assessments Support in organizing admission campaigns open houses school fairs and outreach events Ensure all admission documentation is complete and filed accurately Prepare daily weekly admission reports and share updates with management Maintain a professional courteous and welcoming approach to all visitors Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and brand visibility Required Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Degree preferred in Education Marketing or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in admissions counselling or customer relations preferably in a school or educational setup Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid organizational and follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Positive attitude patience and ability to work under pressure Work Schedule Working Days Monday to Saturday Alternate Sundays Rotational Basis Compensation As per industry standards and experience Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
