IT Executive - Calicut Kerala Job Overview The IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure systems and security of the organization while aligning IT activities with overall business goals The role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership abilities to drive IT projects ensure network and data security and work collaboratively with other departments Key Responsibilities Oversee daily IT operations system performance and maintenance of hardware software and networking resources Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with business objectives Ensure security protocols for networks data and systems including regular monitoring for vulnerabilities or threats Lead IT projects such as upgrades new technology roll-outs or migrations ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff ensuring minimum downtime Liaise with department heads to understand and resolve their IT needs efficiently Manage relationships with external vendors service providers and consultants for IT purchases and maintenance Maintain documentation for IT assets configurations processes and procedures Stay updated with latest technology trends and assess their relevance to the organization Ensure compliance with IT policies regulatory norms and data protection standards Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field relevant certifications e g CCNA MCSE preferred Proven experience in IT administration or management ideally within a similar sector Strong knowledge of hardware software networking and security protocols Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills Experience in project management and coordination with cross-functional teams Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment Location - Calicut Kozhikode Kerala
