Job Title MIS Executive Department Operations Location S G Highway Ahmedabad Reports To Manager Salary Range 2LPA Job Summary The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting analyzing and reporting data to support management decision-making The role involves maintaining databases generating daily weekly monthly reports creating dashboards and ensuring data accuracy across systems Key Responsibilities Data Management Reporting Prepare and publish daily weekly and monthly MIS reports Maintain update and validate data in internal systems and databases Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requirements Create dashboards using Excel Google Sheets Power BI or Tableau Data Analysis Analyze trends and performance metrics to support business strategies Identify data discrepancies and ensure high data accuracy Provide insights to improve process efficiency and reduce operational gaps System Process Support Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure timely updates Automate reports using Excel Macros VBA Power Query SQL or scripting tools Support system implementation upgrades and data migration activities Documentation Compliance Maintain documentation of workflows reporting logic and data sources Ensure compliance with company data management and security policies Required Technical Skills Strong Excel skills VLOOKUP XLOOKUP Pivot Tables dashboards formulas Knowledge of SQL MySQL for data extraction preferred Experience with BI tools Power BI Tableau added advantage Understanding of ERP CRM systems SAP Oracle Salesforce etc Basic knowledge of Python R for automation optional Qualifications Bachelor s degree BBA B Com BCA BE B Tech or related field 1 years of experience in MIS reporting roles for mid level Share Cv in dipikaofficial1211 gmail com Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
