We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Community Mobilizer - Career Counsellor to join our team The role involves reaching out to communities identifying potential candidates and guiding them towards suitable training and career opportunities Candidates with experience in skilling skill development projects such as DDUGKY PMKVY CSR initiatives or similar programs are especially welcome The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping individuals shape their careers and the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Key Responsibilities Conduct community outreach to identify and mobilize potential candidates for skill development programs Visit various locations to collect admission forms and encourage enrollments Provide career counseling to job seekers especially those with 2 or higher education Explain training and job opportunities addressing candidate concerns Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and local organizations Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the organization Maintain and report data on mobilization activities walk-ins and enrollments Requirements Educational Qualification Preferred BSW MSW Also Acceptable Any UG PG degree Experience in mobilization community outreach or career counseling preferred Experience in skilling skill development projects such as DDUGKY PMKVY CSR initiatives or similar will be highly valued Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel within a 20 km radius of Medavakkam Passion for guiding and mentoring youth towards career opportunities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Target-driven with the ability to achieve weekly and monthly mobilization goals Benefits Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals careers Growth opportunities within the organization If you are passionate about career counseling and mobilization we encourage you to apply Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Pay From 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
