We are seeking an organized detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion As a Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget You will work closely with our design team contractors vendors and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality and service Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets for each project Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle from initial design concepts through to final installation Client Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients Communicate project status address concerns and ensure that client expectations are met throughout the project Team Collaboration Collaborate with designers architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution Assign tasks provide guidance and ensure team members stay on schedule Budget and Cost Control Monitor project costs and ensure that the project is delivered within the approved budget Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality Vendor Management Source and manage vendors and suppliers ensuring timely delivery of materials and services at the best possible price Quality Control Ensure that all design elements are executed according to plan and meet the company s high-quality standards Scheduling and Timeline Management Create and manage project schedules coordinating between all teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery Risk Management Identify potential risks to the project timeline budget or quality and proactively address them Reporting Prepare and present regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress milestones and challenges Requirements 2-3 years experience as a Project Manager in the interior design construction or architecture industry Strong understanding of interior design principles construction processes and project management techniques Exceptional organizational time-management and multitasking skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Ability to read and interpret design plans construction drawings and specifications Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field preferred Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
