Job Role Senior Architecture Experience 5 to 7 Years Location Thaltej Ahmedabad Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and innovative Architect to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various projects including residential commercial or mixed-use buildings The Architect will work closely with clients contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects that meet aesthetic functional and safety standards Key Responsibilities Design Develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements while adhering to local building codes and regulations Project Management Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals Client Collaboration Meet with clients to discuss project needs goals and specifications Provide updates and ensure that the project aligns with their vision Technical Drawings Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using software such as AutoCAD Revit or SketchUp Site Analysis Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather necessary data for design development Problem Solving Identify and resolve design and construction issues during the project lifecycle Sustainability Incorporate energy-productive and sustainable design practices where possible Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory Working knowledge of Photoshop is an added advantage Strong creative visual and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month
