Analyst at Deloitte Consulting you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work product within due timelines in agile framework Need-basis consultants will be mentoring and or directing junior team members liaising with onsite offshore teams to understand the functional requirements You will work with business functional and technical teams on the project located across shores You will be involved in end-to-end delivery of the project from testing strategy estimations planning execution and reporting We are looking for a CRD Consultant with CRD SQL QA understanding The work you will do includes Functional Industry Experience Solid understanding of Order Management Systems OMS ecosystem - Charles River IMS Blackrock Aladdin Bloomberg AIM and SimCorp Dimension Charles River IMS preferred Experience working directly with these products is highly preferred Understanding of the trade lifecycle and CRD system functionality is highly desired e g Blotters Compliance Manager s Workbench Previous experience using and or implementing Financial Services data platform systems with a strong understanding of the data required for Investment Management Security Master Data Pricing Reference Data Ability to understand data models and utilize SQL to query data for testing and research Understanding of asset management business including front middle back-office operations Functional knowledge of all investment vehicles products such as Equities Bonds Derivatives Loans Money Markets Mutual Funds ETFs and Swaps Experience of working on ALPHA will be a plus Experience in developing business requirements Testing Experience Ability to comprehend complex business requirements and translate them into test cases Good understanding of QA methodologies software testing life cycle and processes Hands on knowledge of Agile Principles and ability to perform in an Agile environment Hands on Experience in designing highly reusable and efficient Test Framework Working knowledge of test management tools like Microfocus Visual Studio Test Manager Maven JIRA HP QC Others Consulting Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions Experience in managing conversations with client stakeholders Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort working with MS PowerPoint Solid understanding of Order Management Systems OMS ecosystem - Charles River IMS Blackrock Aladdin Bloomberg AIM and Simcorp Dimension Charles River IMS preferred Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and Experience in managing conversations with client stakeholders Advanced MS Excel skills and comfort working with MS PowerPoint Develop software solutions using industry standard delivery methodologies like Agile Waterfall across different architectural patterns Write clean efficient and well-documented code maintaining industry and client standards ensuring code quality and code coverage adherence as well as debug and resolve any issues defects Participate in delivery process like Agile development and actively contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads scrum masters project leaders Work on end-to-end construction cycle starting from Design low level and high level coding unit testing deployment and defect fixing in coordination with multiple stakeholders Work with functional and technical stakeholders for integration of Application with other systems QUALIFICATIONS Skills Project Experience Must Have 2-4 years of hands-on experience Charles River testing BA mention technologies and architecture Experience in working with and architectureSQL JIRA Experience with SCRUM process of Agile Iterative development methodology Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domain and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools Good interpersonal and communication skills Good to Have CRD ALPHA experience Knowledge on Docker Kubernetes Knowledge on different version of CRD SQL Ability to perform estimation of work products Advanced Certifications on NCFM ITSQB Education Bachelor s degree from accredited university with robust academic record Prior Experience 2-4 years of experience in CRD and any other OMS QA role Location Mumbai Hyderabad Bengaluru Pune
