Position HR Officer Location Bhopal On-site Salary 25 000 - 30 000 month Experience Required 2 to 4 years Industry Manufacturing Trading Distribution Joining Immediate or within 30 days About the Company Mackril Plast India Pvt Ltd is a reputed HDPE pipe manufacturer catering to agriculture and infrastructure segments As we grow across multiple regions we are seeking an HR Officer to strengthen our internal processes and team building Role Summary The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment onboarding employee documentation attendance payroll coordination and basic HR compliance The role is ideal for someone who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations in a growing organization Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Source candidates through job portals agencies and referrals Schedule interviews and maintain interview records Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters Conduct employee onboarding and maintain joining documents HR Operations Admin Maintain and update employee records manual digital Coordinate attendance and leave tracking Share inputs with the accounts payroll team for monthly salaries Handle ID card issuance uniform and asset tracking Compliance Support Assist in maintaining registers under labour laws Coordinate with consultants for PF ESIC and other filings Keep records ready for audits and inspections Employee Engagement Organize small engagement activities and feedback sessions Support managers in handling grievances and performance reviews Track confirmation and appraisal timelines Candidate Profile Graduate or Postgraduate in HR BBA Commerce 2-4 years of experience in HR and admin functions Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and documentation Well-organized good communicator and capable of multi-tasking Preferably from Bhopal or nearby What We Offer Stable work setting with learning across HR domains Opportunity to grow into a senior HR role as the company scales Direct reporting to management and decision-making exposure Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
