connected workflows As a Store Ops Product Manager II in the M365 Copilot Platform team you will build the next wave of AI Copilot productivity solutions built using the latest generative AI technology We are looking for self-driven Product Manager candidates who can operate in a fast-paced environment with high ability to influence without authority perform rapid exploration have a high sense of ownership boundaryless impact and bias for execution The ideal candidate must have had experience in solutions on AI platform that improve productivity and quality The person must be comfortable dealing with the ambiguity is able to take developer- focused approach to defining goals driving executive alignment developing solutions and leading with a technical mindset to work both software development OR equivalent experience Previous experience with proven success in working on commercial SaaS external partnerships and or customer-facing engagements Previous experience working with web and mobile technologies cloud services architecture and operations on a scale or other highly technical areas Working knowledge of AI orchestration agent invocation flows and Azure OpenAPI or any other AI Model Proven ability to simplify complex developer workflows and build empathy-driven solutions Skilled in collecting synthesizing and presenting developer feedback to influence product and doc roadmaps Demonstrated ability to critique user experience software and app interface design Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to detail combined with an ability to derive insights from available data Solid executive presence and ability to think analytically and creatively on your feet The ability to wear many hats and speak many language - from business to product to design to technical - learn quickly and change direction when needed The ability to think creatively and critically about product features and user scenarios in the enterprise space Demonstrated ability of very strong product thinking and a growth mindset Demonstrated ability to evaluate critique and recommend improvements on software user experiences and interface design using low-code no-code tools or tech stacks BIC Responsibilities Spearhead agent quality aligned with product goals and industry best practices to deliver success Define the quality and minimum value bar definitions for agents in the Copilot platform Define the SLA and KPIs to run Agent store operations at scale efficiently Help resolve developer queries and issues ensuring third party developers can publish high quality agents in an agile manner Partner with engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on developer feedback and telemetry Represent developer and user experience needs in product reviews and planning by sharing insights and usage data Collaborate with partner PMs and cross-functional teams to streamline agent validation app store readiness Enhance app publisher experience by driving process improvements for Copilot agents store validation Develop tools and AI powered solutions that bring in efficiency in operations Leverage best practices systems and tools to manage operational escalations from stakeholders and developers Partner with globally distributed teams to release tools that enable developers to easily identify quality issues prior to agent submission Define processes and build tools to maintain quality of agents on Agent Center Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap Utilize reports to track publishing process and store metrics align stakeholders through regular updates and adjust your execution plan Drive key product insights and developer experience signals coming straight from the market to shape the future of the M365 Copilot and our AI extensibility stack inside Microsoft Copilot app Teams Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel Microsoft365 com and other host products Work with strategic customers to understand feedback on what makes high quality agents for enhancing the value and user experience Self-organized strong project management growth hacking leadership and cross-group collaboration skills Innate
