PMU Artist Percentage Basis Freelance Clinic THE AESTHETIC EDGE Position Freelance Commission-Based PMU Artist Engagement Type On Percentage Basis Per Client Per Procedure Role Overview We are looking for a talented and professional Permanent Makeup Artist who can work with us on a commission or freelance model The artist will perform PMU procedures at our clinic as per appointment bookings This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility while earning a high percentage per client Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality PMU services including Microblading Ombre Powder Brows Lip Blush Lip Tint Permanent Eyeliner SMP Areola Pigmentation optional Consult clients and design customized shapes and colors Maintain strict hygiene safety and sterilization standards Bring own tools machine needles unless otherwise agreed Coordinate with the clinic team regarding appointments and schedules Provide proper pre- and post-care guidance to clients Maintain client consent records and treatment details Take before after photos for clinic documentation and marketing Final percentage may vary depending on skill experience and client flow Expectations Terms Artist must maintain professionalism and punctuality Work will be strictly appointment-based Touch-ups will be charged and split as per agreed percentage Pigments can be provided by the clinic or brought by the artist as mutually decided Any damage to equipment or negligence will be the artist s responsibility The clinic will provide Treatment room Consumables gloves wipes disposables Marketing client acquisition Reception support Qualifications Skills Certified PMU Artist Minimum 1 year of practical experience preferred Strong portfolio brows lips liner Good communication and client-handling skills Robust understanding of color theory facial symmetry Job Type Part-time Pay 14 160 21 - 30 163 52 per month Work Location In person
