Job Title Junior Accountant Department Finance Accounts Location Malar Hospital Hosur Reporting To Senior Accountant Job Summary The Junior Accountant will assist in day-to-day financial operations of the hospital including managing bills recording transactions preparing basic financial reports handling petty cash and supporting the senior accountant in audits and reconciliations Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions such as cash bank and journal entries Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software e g Tally Excel Assist with billing and invoice processing inpatient outpatient insurance claims Maintain and update patient payment records and dues Handle petty cash disbursement and maintain expense registers Support preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts Maintain GST TDS PF ESI deductions and related entries under supervision Organize and file all financial documents properly for easy retrieval and audit readiness Liaise with vendors and staff for invoice clarification and payment status Provide support during internal and statutory audits Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Commerce B Com or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance healthcare experience is a plus Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP MS Excel etc Skills Required Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Ability to handle confidential data responsibly Willingness to learn and adapt to hospital accounting processes Regards HR Department hr malarhospitals com (phone hidden) Malar Hospital Hosur Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
