management and future identity innovation As a Senior Manager Product Management you will own the strategy roadmap and execution for Visa s Identity Graph You will drive cross-functional alignment guide global teams and influence executive stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that directly impact Visa s growth client trust and competitive advantage You will be responsible for translating Exploration Define and execute data exploration strategies that inform and shape long-term product requirements Translate analytical insights into actionable strategies to maximize Identity Graph s value across multiple fraud risk and identity use cases Establish and monitor a comprehensive set of product health and success metrics to guide decision-making Analytical Strategic Thinking Lead is a hybrid position Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor s Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree e g Masters MBA JD MD Leadership Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of product managers and product analysts fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment with the ability to align team goals with organizational objectives Agile Methodology Solid understanding and implementation of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies Experience with Graph databases and graph algorithms Coding and Technical Skills Proficient in writing testing and maintaining high- quality code Data Science and API Development Understand data preprocessing feature engineering and handling large-scale datasets Know the basics of real-time AI applications and designing RESTful APIs AI Compliance Guardrails Understand AI compliance frameworks and best practices for ethical AI usage Be familiar with implementing guardrails to ensure
