Key Responsibilities Lead supervise and manage MEP teams and subcontractors for smooth project execution Review MEP designs drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability Ensure proper coordination of MEP works with architectural and civil activities Prepare monitor and control project schedules for MEP deliverables Conduct technical reviews value engineering and suggest cost-effective solutions Ensure compliance with statutory requirements codes and client specifications Resolve technical and site-related MEP issues in coordination with consultants clients Oversee installation testing commissioning of MEP systems HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting ELV etc Monitor material submittals approvals and procurement of MEP items Maintain project documentation reports and presentations for management and client meetings Implement safety protocols and quality assurance plans within the MEP scope Train mentor and guide MEP engineers and staff for effective project delivery Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering Master s preferred Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP works within the construction industry with at least 5 years in a managerial lead role Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting ELV systems and green building codes Experience in handling large-scale residential commercial or infrastructure projects Proficiency in project management tools MS Project Primavera and AutoCAD Revit preferred Solid leadership communication and problem-solving skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
