About the Role We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineers at both junior and senior levels to join our growing team The role involves managing on-site construction activities ensuring quality safety and timely completion of projects in line with company standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and quality standards Monitor manpower material and machinery utilization at site Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site compliance Coordinate with project managers contractors architects and consultants Prepare and maintain site reports measurements and documentation Support planning and scheduling activities for timely project execution Resolve technical site issues and escalate when required For senior roles Lead site teams mentor juniors review work progress and manage client consultant interactions Requirements Education Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience Junior Site Engineer 0-3 years Mid-level 3-5 years Senior Site Engineer 6 years Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and drawings Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools preferred Excellent problem-solving leadership and communication skills Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
