Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between sales team design team and clients Maintain and update client databases sales trackers and dashboards Schedule client meetings showroom visits and site surveys Coordinate with designers for timely preparation and sharing of estimates quotations Ensure proper documentation client approvals contracts and follow-ups Monitor progress of projects and update sales team and clients regularly Assist in preparing presentations proposals and marketing collaterals Track payments reminders and follow-up with clients in coordination with accounts team Support BDMs in lead validation nurturing and closure efforts Provide daily weekly MIS and sales reports to management Requirements Graduate in Business Administration Commerce Marketing or related field 4-6 years of experience as Sales Coordinator Admin in interior real estate or premium product industry preferred Excellent written verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM tools Strong multitasking follow-up and organizational abilities Positive attitude team-oriented and client-centric mindset Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
